Repeat customer, but different vehicle.
When I first looked at the truck for the quote, I noticed paint over-spray, thankfully, it was contained only to the passengers side wheel-wells.
This was a big job, both inside and out. I cannot take credit for the interior, as that was done by Interior Gal.

beautiful work.....how bad was that paint stuck in the fender wells...and how did you remove it?

Very nice work, I love the engine detail.

Thanks Ulrads1!

Awesome job! I can see why you have repeat customers.

Thanks Lane, and she's booked one more vehicle with me! That will be a very big job. 5th Wheel, King Cab GMC Pickup-Up truck. Yikes!!!

beautiful work.....how bad was that paint stuck in the fender wells...and how did you remove it?

Thanks Briarpatch, I used BLACKFIRE Medium Grade detailing clay. Had to put some elbow grease into it.
The clay worked better with minimal amount of clay lube, left a mess, but nothing BLACKFIRE AIO Tire and Trim couldn't take care of. Love that stuff!

Great work, better than new. How long did the total job take?

Great work, better than new. How long did the total job take?

Thanks Custmsprty...

Took longer than projected... about 11 or 12 hours, I originally planned 8, but I split over two days with the bulk of it on day 1. At the end of a detailing day, my favorite Tavern & Guiness (x2) are usually waiting for me.

Let's put it this way, the car could have been ready by COB Sat and all the polishing was... But Custy was on vacation up north with her Jeep not returning until Mon night.

No excuses but here they are:

1.) We spent 10 days in AZ on vaca, came back, next day I got on a plane to go to San Diego for a week. Got home late Friday night and the Acadia was sitting in my drive way waiting for me. Needless to say it's been 3 days and I'm still on Pacific Time, the dogs aren't and neither are the cars.

2.)Interior Gal had other day-job duties to attend too and didn't get back on Saturday until almost 2:30 pm. Normally she starts interior at zero-dark-30, whilst I'm doing wheels, wells, tarmination, etc... not the case this time.

3.) Jet Lag

4.) The paint in the wheel wells. That set me back about an hour. That was some tough stuff. I quoted the vehicle early May and saw it was there.... I knew it was pretty baked in.

5.) Did I mention Jet Lag???? :-) I was moving slower than dirt... still am!
