LSP -> FK-1000p serious question

Lately, I've been trying out a lot of different LSP's. I finally tried the highly suggested FK-1000p and I like it a lot (the most)! The only thing that's been odd is that bug's -fly's in particular- are attracted to my car with this LSP!

At first I figured it's because I moved 2 blocks from the Saint Lawrence River and there's just more insects (shed flys and mosquitos) and I'm now parking outside (not a garage queen anymore). So I put it to the test and parked outside my old house (walking distance for work). I went back to check on my SRT8 on lunch and found no less than 15 and as many as 25 flys sitting on the paint , no other cars had any flys on them... Unfortunately, I didn't have my smartphone with me to take pictures (wife broke it last night).

Is there something up with this LSP that fly's like? I just hope they aren't eating the LSP or laying eggs in it!

Feed back please

I haven't noticed bugs to like or dislike certain products but I do think that's totally possible.

I have noticed bugs seem to like yellow cars the best....

I took the above picture when buffing out this car...

Disclaimer:
I figure that all flies, bugs, insects, etc. are narcissists.

"Wax Attraction":
It's from the amazing reflections caused by
the proper usage of FK 1000P.
(Which you, evidently, have done. :dblthumb2:)

"Aromatherapy":
Most, if not all, of FK's LSPs are quite intoxicating.
What creature---great or small---wouldn't want to
spend some R&R on a nice shiny vehicle that just so
happens to fill the senses like an FK-LSP?!?!

Final thought:
Excellent marketing!

As soon as I got home there was some waiting when I came back out to check with the camera... I did a photoshot after detailing and I had to fight them off the paint LOL I'll post the picture once I get to it (still post processing).

I've heard of this a couple of times before with some other LSP's.

It will probably improve after the first wash.

This after 2nd application and one wash doing a photoshot after todays detail. *I didnt finish editing the photos and this shot is one of many ment to be compressed into an HDR...

Off topic, I too find that Meguiars D115 attracts lots of little creature :p

Those long endurance hybrids like FK 1000 and the collinites are better suited for late fall applications to protect during winter months where dusty, insect infested conditions are not likely.

Drive real fast and they'll blow right off ... if they're on the windshield, it's fun watching them try to hang on.

I tried that and some were still hanging on at 120kph (drivers side window)... These are super flys!

Yup that's what I was thinking of when i wrote my post (the move and the song). :)

I also thought of the horror move The Fly (kinda more relative to my case)...

Here's another picture where you can really see a lot of flys on the car, I call this shot lord of the flys...

I circled them in yellow for visibility. Luckily I can photoshop them out but it kinda defeats the purpose of detailing when I could just digitally clean the car LOL.

I have a similar problem to "flies on the car" - I have "cats on the stomach"...Must be my detergent or something.
