LSP over Souveran question...AW? QS? ??

yes you can use it on a wet car...but then you are diluting it...and chances of it streaking....not all water is the same...some are high in minerals..thus meaning AW may react different ...

look at it this way....would you put make up on a wet face..it will streak and smear...a dry face it goes on nice....gives best results....

The Chemist Bill at Dg said AW will work best on a dry surface..but will work on a wet surface but not like a dry one...giving you more of the active ingredients on the paint and not mixed with water...

Hope you understand what i am saying...

I am used to being the bossy teacher you know. Hee hee. So it is cool to be the learner ... it is just I always come up with 50 million questions because then I want to know how, why, and what else. . . I think I know a little about too much! Nursing, administration, jewelry making, ridiculous!! I want to know all the tips and tricks with these products!!!

Ok, well since we are reading these posts, why did I not have the same issue with quickshine? I did put that on a dry car because the bottle said dry.
Would that simply be the reason it did not streak?:confused:

No, I don't thinks so. I just like it as my go to product for carnubas. With only my car to do the reason I did not get the gallon was worrying about shelf life. I still have half of my original bottle from November. It is a consumable though and the sale/shipping combination was just to good to pass on. With the gallon of SSS and a try me bottle of AW it made the $75 minimum. Of course I did not stop there as Max planned

I will also use it periodically between washings when I'm bored. Use a Cobra Deluxe to get the dust off and QD the car for shine.

I use AW over Souveran all the time and it looks great. I apply it when the paint is dry and never have issues with streaking. It lasts a long time too which is nice. :)
