Lucus oil tire shine

Looks to me like a recommendation for AG to also look into other products!

If you find a product or line that you feel Autogeek should carry, the first choice would be to email Nick directly or use the PM feature. The reason Mike challenged your first post is because its a product that is not currently supported by Autogeek. Per the terms/conditions (see FAQ in toolbar) of the forum, you have come up against several rules to support the design of the forum. Unfortunately when you are new, we are often suspect because so many have used the forum incorrectly for personal gain.

I am sure you understand .... we want you to be here and support the forum. Please understand it was and is designed to enhance Autogeek and the products carried. Thank you for not linking to the outside product. Also please be aware that often many other products exist that can and will produce equally rewarding outcome that are already at Autogeek.

I've not tried the tire shine, but Lucas Slick Mist spray wax is great stuff. A fav of mine, actually. Don't care if Mr Lucas grandma whips it up in her kitchen, try it, it's nice.

We use these on the ambulances at work. The quick wax is nice for drying and works reasonably well.

The tire mist is absolutely terrible. It dries splotchy and somehow manages to to still sling up all over the quarter panels despite it being dry.

Odd. I had the exact oppsite experience with it. Abosolutely love it. Even look and no sling. Did you wipe it with a MF towel after application? Or did you spray it on and leave it?

I don't like or use any tire stuff that has to be wiped off after application to avoid splatter.

I use it regularly. I also do not like a shiny tire, but that is to each their own. I like a clean matt finish.
