m101 price!

Here's an excellent side by side comparison video of D300, m105 (old), m105 (new) and m101. The results will blow you away. This guy says if Jesus were a compound, his name would be m101 hahaha!

I don't know why Garry Dean is using M105 (original) with a PC: it wasn't recommended, at all, for that type of machine.

Good point. That probably wasn't a completely fair comparison, but I think the results of m101 are still very good.

I almost never use a dual action to compound. I mostly use my dewalt rotary. It takes half the time. I may leave a few light holograms, but they are removed when I polish with 205 and the porter cable.

I hope they bring it here and the price of 105 drops to $12 a quart as a result. Thanks to Kevin Brown my 105 is doing twice the work as it used to already so wouldn't that be like $6 a quart? Oh if we only lived in a perfect world...

$57.99 on AG. Over twice as expensive as 105. Absolutely ridiculous! I was thinking about trying a bottle out but definitely not for nearly 60 bucks! I go through a bottle pretty fast at my shop so this would definitely not be cost effective. I'll pass.

What do you guys think?

Has anyone ever heard the saying....
You get what you pay for
Catch my drift? :)
:dblthumb2:

nope , i get swirl free ferrari and porsche without 101 ...
it may be good but when comes to business it has to be cost effective too..." Catch my drift?" ;)

It's obviously not for everybody and every situation, but will be nice to have around. It will no longer be considered liquid gold in coming days.

You have to remember that 'in the beginning' there was only the original. It was only after Meguiar's realized that 'we' were using 105 with a DA did they tweak the recipe.

Have you used it yet, Cosmin? I was in your same boat and same mentality. After using it and understanding the capability and speed/finishing down of the product...it's hard not to use it for big corrections.

OK you hooked me, $10 savings and I can add another small thing right now and get FREE shipping, How do I go about this?

If someone else is offering that promotion then absolutely! Feel free to PM me a link.
