#21 seems an obvious choice .. but ive heard of streaking issues?

im sure there may be a better combo out there..

and anything with a quick cure time for layering would be a GREAT bonus!

Most sealants will need a 12 hour cure time
 
Are you in a winter climate? Then go Collinite 845. Otherwise, I don't know of too many sealants that don't have a long cure time but I haven't tried a ton of products yet. WDAFPP is great stuff and you can layer Midnight Sun paste wax on top after it cures. You could also do a couple coats of Crystal Seal in between the sealant and wax.

I've used M21 to seal 2 cars, 6 times in total. Not once have I ever encountered a streaking issue.

As far as durability goes, it easily lasts 6 months (that's all the longer I've ever gone, as the cars I do get polished and re-sealed every 6 months. Water still beads very well after 6 months, but sheeting ability has been reduced. To combat this, once I month I apply Meg's Liquid Xpress Spray Wax to the whole vehicle to "recharge" the surface. The water always sheets very well, to the point where I don't even use the entire Meg's Water Magnet Waffle Weave towel to dry the car.

You can get 64 oz. of M21 for just under $37, and 128 oz. of D156 for just over $29 from a website that shares its name with a tropical rain forest, and just have AG price match them. Total price should be $66, and it will last you basically forever.

The M21 is a fantastic sealant, and when paired with D156 (or Meg's Ultimate Spray Wax) the results look great, and give you fantastic durability.

I just used M21 for the first time a week ago. I had no problems applying it and I did not get any streaking. I can't comment on the durability but it sounds like it's good. Meguiar's products work good together as part of a system. But Evan gave you a few more good sealants.
 
Griot's Paint Sealant, cures in an hour without issues.
Had mine applied for about 4 months now and still have good protection
