Made a (((Video))) Check it out...

You are a genius! Will you come to NY, show me how to do this and how much I should charge for it. I would never do any thing else again. Big MONEY, SUPER BIG MONEY!!!!!!!!!:buffing::props::dblthumb2::xyxthumbs::wave::urtheman:

Very nice promo. I would have removed the dealer sticker pre polish/coating...but your work is impeccable. Are you using Opti-Coat 2.0 or Opti-Guard?

Thanks Chris, I'm using Opti-Coat 2.0

Dealer sticker? I wasn't sure if I was allowed to advertise the product name
in the video.

Nice video! I'm very envious of the beautiful paint. :props:

Awesome work and video. If I made a suggestion it would be to make the video when the sun is higher in the sky for better lighting while moving around the car. You could always edit the lighting if you wanted too. My daughter has become very proficient at videography with more than 500 short videos on YouTube. Making them is a real art.

Good call, I think I do have some walk around video in morning light of that car. I was trying to match lighting with the music, but the driver side came out to dark to really see how the light reflects. I'm going to edit that part and see how it looks :xyxthumbs:

Nice video, nicely put together. The only thing that I would of changed is when you show the buffing part I wouldn't of time lapsed it. Looks to the consumer that you are rushing. If you would of did multiple polishing clips going at regular speed it would show the care that you put into the polishing step. Up close and detailed shots.

Not knocking you, just trying to help you with what the general public would interpret from watching the video.

Thanks for the feedback Yancy, My thought was the average consumer doesn't really
know about technique, arm speed, precision, etc.

To me watching machine polishing at regular speed is pretty boring. Proper polishing
is pretty slow and time consuming I didn't want to loose the viewers interest by some
slow boring polishing especially when most consumers don't really know what there
looking at.

But I do see your point, I guess every consumer thinks a little different.

True actual speed is pretty boring, know from filming. lol What I would do is use several different clips to span the time that you want to show the polishing step.

Something like these commercials that I shot down here.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqlbiP5CeqA&hd=1]Menzerna USA Polishes and Compounds TV Commercial - YouTube

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyNWYRr_0To&hd=1]FLEX Polishers Commercial - Flex 3401 & PE14 - YouTube

Plus showing the polishing step this way shows that you take your time to get the best results instead of looking like you are rushing to get the job out. The consumer takes what they see and believe that is the way it is. Frustrating sometimes but that is a part of advertising that you have to take into consideration. Appearance is everything.

That vid was straight and to the point and I liked the fact that you used a "real" car too and I love that color too!

Once question, how do you clay w/o wearing gloves? The clay gets so sticky that I would never ever do this step w/o wearing gloves.

Good points and nice videos, you can tell they were done by a pro.

I'm going to make a few more so I'll keep those tips in mind for sure.

How did you put the actual video on the screen instead of using a link?
