When did mail delivery and pick up become rocket science? Had outgoing mail (bills) like anyone else in the neighborhood. They get clipped outside the mail slot. Clearly visible. Guessing we had no mail, so why bother to look if we have outgoing? No that's not part of the job description. GOOD GRIEF!

My mail carrier will not wait 15 seconds for a FedEx truck to move if it is in the way and will simply take off without delivering the mail at all. I personally observed this last month.

My neighbors still put mail in their boxes for pick up and I have also seen the mail carrier blatantly skip past them and not pick up the mail. For this reason, I just go to the Post Office to mail anything

I also subscribe online to USPS Informed Delivery and get to see a photo of what mail I have coming. It’s the only thing good about the postal service

Don't you have a red flag on your mailbox?

I ordered some detailing products from the UK only to have them sit in a warehouse 15 minutes drive away and the courier said they don't deliver in my area.

I paid $160 for postage :mad::mad::mad::bat:

Correct. Stamps went up last Sunday. No red flag here either. In house mail slot.

I have had 6 of my last 14 Amazon deliveries (Non-detailing products) lost by the USPS. All had to be reordered and reshipped.

In addition, I live at 408 West Street. I get mail for 408 Front street, 408 Fifth Street, and the like.

I also get mail for 428 West street which is not that hard to believe since it is one digit off. But couple that with all of the other F-up's, and it equals ineptitude at best.

The US Postal Service is becoming synonymous with the term "ASS CLOWNS".

Gee, I thought that kind of incompetence was just around here.

I must say that Informed Delivery feature puts me a little at ease so I know what mail is supposed to be coming but I agree, USPS is the worst!

I’m going to get worried the next time I order from Amazon though…

Had a friend who use to work for post office. The are short of workers and all carriers are delivering up to l double.

That with warehouse shortage of workers…..

Fed ex pretty much same.

I try to avoid doing anything with USPS if at all possible... It's a total disaster in my area. My mail carrier actually griped at me for ordering stuff on line because she didn't like having to walk the box to my front door. The box weighed less that two pounds and was about the size of a cantaloupe...

The fun one recently for us was the discovery one day that main in our box with the flag up remained after 2 days. We started talking to neighbors and found out our entire neighborhood hadn't had ANY mail service for five days! Called our servicing post office and they told us all of our mail was there for pick up if we wanted it. Our normal mail carrier was away from work for a few days and they simply didn't assign the route to anyone else while they were gone.

My wife does some work as a private contractor. The businesses she serves are very old school and mail paper checks for payment. If the mail isn't delivered, she doesn't get paid.
