How many of you have your customers on a maintenance plan? I talking about weekly, biweekly or monthly service. Do you do monthly billing?

I've been giving this a lot of thought... Just not sure how to effectively go about it.

75% of my business is maintenance, all collected at the end of the service. I've thought about giving discounts if they sign up for months worth at a time, but they seem happy paying full price each time

Never had any luck with this. After I'm done I guess the customer just thinks it stays that clean.

If I need work I will call around and send some emails to customers. I can usually find someone that needs something done.
