Maintenance Service Plans

I offer weekly and bi-monthly Maintenance Service plans to my customers. I would like to know if i take the payment for the Maintenance Service at the first detail of the month, last detail of the month, or some each detail....



what do yall do? Feed back please
 
I'm not in the detail business, but service computer equipment. The company I work primarily offers only maintenance contracts and we bill monthly. My vote is for the first of the month. Then again, you have to have a feel for your customer base and make alowances when necessary.
 
after being screwed over after a couple times...i always take payment before i do my monthly services
