To day was THE day:D , i went to the post office to collect my newest arival from AG. When i got there i thought the box looked kinda strange. but thought that it was wraped in paper or something.:o Looked kinda shabby

When i got home, i started to get worried that somethings was wrong. the box is WAY to light to have 128 oz ClearKote QD + P21s wheel cleaner and refil.

So i open the box and my worst concern was right.

Some where from US to Norway someone must have felt a nice citrus smell, since my dear, lovely 128oz ClearKote QD was empty. the cap was broken.:(

Im not mad, just sad. The P21s wheel cleaner, ShMitt combo, EZ brush and DG AW was in one piece. But it really was the Clearkote QD i really looked forward to recieve since AG stoped selling them, and its one of my fav detailing stuff.

Here is the other stuff ive got.

Looking forward to try the DuraGloss AW after good feedback on the AGF. and the killr recommended P21s wheel cleaner,

Who do i contact regarding the broken QD bottle?:confused:
 
holy crap! Looks like the box was dropped off the delivery truck......then backed over!:mad: Hope it gets taken care of for you.
 
Losing the QS must hurt ...The package looks like it was air dropped over the post office without a parachute ..

Looks like it was too heavy to lift. jk I remember at my old job I received a package back from an int'l order and the 115 lb. box looked liked a ball instead. I think it is good that you posted pics it will help Meghan and shipping department know how items are treated and decide on how to improve the strength of a box. I am sure you will be taken care of. Let us know how you like the products you received. I am particularly interested in the EZ brush. Good luck!

I'm sure the GALLON of liquid had something to do with the "softening" of the box:D lol

See if you can find an image of Britney Spears on the box and sell it on Ebay;-)

Edit: Panties optional!! lol Sorry......had to put that.
 
Looks like the box was taken care by the mail sorter guy from the movie "Dear God". Everything that said fragile, he just threw against the wall! Sorry that happened, but AG will take care of it no problem at all!

Not really the box that is the problem, you can ship a a wooden reinforced box overseas and it would get crushed. :p Sometimes they arrive safe, a lot of other times not so safe!:mad:
Have to understand how many different hands the box is exchanged between, we try our best to package overseas the best way possible, but you can only do your best when shipping. The rest is up to those actually shipping it for you.:o
 
I notice it was shipped U.S.MAIL EXPRESS MAIL......not a great shipper
UPS OR FED-X is better.......
 
That is... wow. Never seen a box killed like that. Someone contact PETB (people for the ethical treatment of boxes).
 
I not blaming the us postal sercice, it can as well be the Norwegian postal service who have been sloppy at work. It has probably been dropped imo, so the cap broke.

Its the lid on the can that is broken/cracked, so i dont know if it cracked before or after the box got this way (supose the lid broke first after rough handling/or froze, after that the box probably got soaked in QS, and got deformed) it smells g.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.d

Nothing wrong with the packing AG did in my eyes, Always good with foam an boxes innside the "big" boxes i recieve from them. first time ever for me personaly, but at work i see this once in a while (often after rainy days) And i also see how the guys that delivers handel som boxes. not good

Sents AG a Mail, and we sort it out some way.
 
I just had a very small shipping problem with the geek, and they took care of it immediately.
 
dude thats how my box looks like sometimes coming over here to IL, hey truls idk if you understand swedish but HELVETE must have been one of ur expressions ;)
 
Truls, It looks like the shipping company did number on your package. I hope it all works out in the end for you.
 
where is clearkote qd on autogeek site? I can't seem to find it...
