Hey Guys, here is a marketing idea that you might find useful. I downloaded an app for my IPHONE, called FONTS. It lets you change the style and color of the font you want to use on the photo. When I'm done with my clients car, I take a picture of it, and then personalize it by putting "Thank you, Mr. Smith" at the top of the picture and then i put my name, business name and phone # at the bottom of the picture. I then send it to them via text message or Imessage. You wouldn't believe how impressed they are!! I got 2 new jobs within 2 weeks. It's like them carrying my business card with them all the time. Everyone carries their phone with them. One client was having lunch with a friend and was telling him what a good job that I did and the friend asked him for my phone number, he then pulled out his phone and showed him the picture of his car with my name and phone number on it. The friend called me and scheduled me to detail his car.:xyxthumbs: Just thought you guys might like this great marketing tool!!
 
interesting.. can't find the app.. the only one that says fonts doesn't appear to have pictures involved

Once you have downloaded the app "FONTS", then you take a picture of your clients car..and personalize that picture (of their car) with that app FONTS. I will try and upload an example of what I've done, not computer savy though :/.
 
I downloaded "fonts" but do not see how the app allows one to add text to a picture.
 
I'm downloading another one called Cool Fonts.. looks like that might be the one


nope it's not... lol
 
Great thought, I'n always messing with photos and fonts on phone but NEVER THOUGHT of doing this, I have even created business flyers, postcards and business cards with photos and fonts for printed projects, but never thoughts of your idea. The good thing of your idea is the photo you sent to customer then could also be forwarded from customer (phone) to party (phone) that ask them for your contact info. Thanks
 
Great idea but I can't find the one your talking about can you post a pic of the app?
 
Its called "font candy" One is free and one is $2.99 and the only difference is that the $$$ has more fonts.
