I recently bought a car, not the best car, but MY car, and when I got it from the dealer, it wasn't just shiny, it was RADIANT. I would like that radiant-ness back. Now being that I'm on these forums plenty, I know the steps to a nice wax, and QD. In fact, just last week I foamed, then two bucketed, then clayed, then washed with ONR, then put on some Meg's #7 glaze. I wasn't impressed, but wasn't done either, after I took a break and ate some lunch, I applied Meg's Ultimate Wax, and then some Pinnacle crystal QD.

The car looked, meh shiny, more than usual but it was still mising that Radiant glow from when it was new.

List of items I've tried in different combo's:

Meg's ultimate QD
Meg's yellow wax
Meg's #7 glaze
Pinnacle crystal QD
Meg's Ultimate Wash and wax anywhere.
ultimate quik wax

I was thinking maybe Chemical Guys v7 would be worth a try? I've been reading reviews and know there's plenty of conjecture but what is theee product that produces max gloss?

I have a gun metal flake gray, Fiesta 2012. Once again not the best car (I KNOW) but finally my car.

Forgot to mention I have Dual Action Machine.

I've always had great success using a polish via machine. It makes the flakes pop. Why not try a dedicated polish rather than a glaze?

Aren't polishes abrasive? Right now my car has no visible defects, I wash every week.

Its more of a paint cleaner, it provides shine and smooths the finish

You have a DA, why not use it. None of the products you have will give you that "radiant-ness" unless you polish. LSP is to protect the shine you created by polishing.

Yep, what he said... Really with exception to a wax with fillers, wax shouldn't really add much to the look at all. The radiant-ness comes from the prep/polishing steps.

Are there other abrasive-less polishes, and isn't show car glaze a "pure" polish?

get some blacklight and use it with a finishing pad on your dual action

I suggest ordering some PO85RD immediately. Blacklight along with V7 is another can't miss combo imo.
