Maybe fuzion wax isnt for me. Or is it???

i havnt bought a new wax in a while and was thinking about treating myself for fathers day. ive read a ton of articals about Fuzion. but is it right for me ?my paint is a dark stone color. and i like waxes that darken the paint and give it that nice warm deep glow. and from what ive read fuzion gives a brighter shiner look. should i just stick with my pinnacle waxes? what to do what to do?
 
Tom, in my opinion for what it's worth, everyone should experience Fuzion. Right now the BOGO deal on the mini's is a great way to see if you're going to like it. I'm sure if you decided it wasn't for you that you wouldn't have a problem getting rid of the 2nd sample pot (cough, cough).

I too think there is enough of a difference generally speaking to have it and Souveran or SSII. It might even knock the mighty (and now much more expensive) Swisswax to back of cupboard.

Hey Killer, Sorry if I hijack the thread for a question regarding Fusion vs other waxes but I think it's within topic.

With MaxWax, Fusion and SSII on special right now, which two would buy initally if you wanted to trade off performance (longevity and protection) and beauty vs cost? I have lighter colored cars at this time. Would you change your choice for dark colors?
 
Not to hijack your hijack ;) but when it comes to value, DP Max Wax cannot be beat. BUT with Fuzion on BOGO at 6 total ounces for $49.99, I think I'd have to go for that considering what it brings to the table in terms of looks and durability. :)
 
And Tom, like Richard stated, everyone needs to try Fuzion. It's really awesome stuff, and in my opinion is the best overall wax we have.

thats really a hard question as all offer alot of value and really are each different but offer the ease of application and removal. I'd probably say SSII if being pinched .... I just find that stuff to really be a special offering (not that others arent). But as Matt offered measuring a 200.00 wax at such special (even smaller sizing) is a heck of a value. I can honestly say all are good for light and dark units.

I wanna buy all these waxes but I'm concerned about shelf life. I'm only doing a couple personal vehicles, so not using much, what IS the shelf life on these?

If it has paint... it gets polished...

thanks guys . well it looks like most of you know what i like seeing my posts over the years and imight have togive fusion a shot.. the mini tub i think .. cant wait to smell it thats the first thing im going to do :xyxthumbs:
 
Just remember Tom, if you decide that Fuzion is not for you, the 2nd sample pot will not be difficult to get rid of... ;)

Very true. If you don't like it and want to get rid of one of them, let me know. I'll buy it off you. I'd love to try out sone Fuzion.

your gonna want the bigger pot, think Souveran Gold.
 
Fuzion goes on and comes off just like max wax... initial slickness was about the same... as for the look you'd have to do a side by side and pick one. If max wax gets you 3 months vs 5 months out of fuzion and that matters to you then maybe it's worth the money. Both are by far the smoothest waxes I have used on and off they are like butter.

Without a blow away side by side comparison I don't think i'd invest in fuzion... one day maybe... but i have other stuff to buy first :)

your right but I still think souveran because of the wet oil is even more buttery to apply. Anyhow because of it's low durability, I always put Maxwax on my customer's car or fuzion on 2 and 3-step polishing.

I found the durability on fuzion to be VERY GOOD, I had a foam full of fuzion that I tried to remove with Snappy clean and after 30 minute of hot water and snappy, the pad was still bleading water. this fuzion is really durable.
 
got fuzion!!!!! another member was very kind enough to give me a free sample pot!!!!:xyxthumbs: this stuff smells amazing!!! i cant wait to treat my truck with a nice coat
