Maybe I did because in reading my latest glass cleaners instructions Sonax, it states : After spraying window, wipe with a clean DAMP towel and than buff with a dry towel. Maybe its me but I never tried a damp towel.

Any thoughts, ah Jim Beem or Beam?

Steve

Damp towel by itself will give you nice results.

Mmmmm bourbon!!!

Doesn't the towel become damp once used on the sprayed window. I usually give my drying towel a quick mist before drying the glass.

My normal window cleaning method involves a damp towel followed by a waffle weave to dry. Works well.
Water only? Oils though.

Good point. I'm still in the sampling phase of bourbon drinking.

You haven't had too much until you use the Jim Beam to dampen your glass cleaning towel. Lol.

Mike says he thinks most glass cleaners have alcohol in them.

I don't think he was referring to the person cleaning the glass though.

Steve, have you tried the Rupes glass cleaner?

If not try with ice and a slice of lemon

Me?

No. I'm not into glass cleaners. I'm still using Pinnacle Glass Cleaner. Really, I don't do windows - unless I wash a car, then I am not too picky.

Well I tried it and love it, maybe to much. Smooth and strong.
