Hi Mike, what would you say about this overall in terms of educating a customer? I try to tell them avoid the dealership work and stick to doing things the right way. Some seem confused like didnt I just get my car there?
I even tried to tell a family member not to get our next car touched by them....they did but the swirls were minimal. I detailed it for 6 hours and coated it with collinite 476s.

Some people don't care or don't want to learn. Like I said the majority of people look at their car as ONLY a means of transportation. Learn not to waste your time with people that don't care. One thing for sure...
You can't change people.
