McKee's 37 = Winner BEST PAINT!


Just received an e-mail from Eric Vollmer at M&M Racing who was at the World of Wheels Car Show in Chicago this last weekend.

Eric let us know that 1940 Ford Coupe buffed out and detailed by our Competition Ready Team won BEST PAINT! Plus 3 more awards.

Award #1 = Best Paint

Award #2 = Best in class

Award #3 = Best display

This was before we used the McKee's Fast Compound. BUT McKee's 37 Jeweling wax WAS the LSP or Last Step Product.

I've never met professional detailers that use mundane cleaner/waxes for their LSP when prepping cars for dispaly in competition. Think about it.

I wonder if that`s a custom mix color or PPG`s newer version of Brandywine 3 stage.Either way stunning car and job guys.Bob`s got a winner with his new chemicals.:wow::buffing:

That paint is very rich looking, I swear you can see depth to it from the pictures. I'll take any hot rod or resto-mod in that color.

Awesome work by the Competition Ready team. The paint/body guys and builders need some props for giving you such a nice vehicle to work with.
 
That's awesome!!! I cannot wait to try out the compound and polish and the jeweling wax. There sitting waiting for me!

I keep checking the ISCA page for the results but they are not posted yet.
