I have always considered AG a first-class business, and second-to-
none in customer service. Today was the first opportunity I have
had to speak with Meghan personally--I learned what all of you
who have had this pleasure know--she is cordial, personable,
knowledgable, professional, and just a joy to work with.

AG was my vendor of choice until today--starting today, it has
become my only choice.

Meghan, thank you sincerely.

Well, got to get back to the football game--Boomer Sooners!
 
she's very cool.

then again so is dwayne...so it seems to be a bit of trend over there...
 
I have only Spoken to Penny and I think Dwayne once.

Penny is very nice and good to work with as well.
 
yep, i have had great experiences buying from ag...i have ordered from them for the last year and have had no issues at all...love them...

They really are great. I had a Debit Gift Card that had about 25$ on it. Since the card wasn't in my name, it was declined right off the bat. Well i emailed Penny and she worked her magic and BOOM, the purchase was on its way. No other company i know of treats and cares for their customers like AG. However, i havent gotten to speak with Meghan, but if shes is anything like the others, then i knows she great. I'm coming down to South Florida on the 20th so i hope to meet of the people there. I actually have told so many of my friends down here, that they want to come up there to see if its a real place hahah!!

Well thank you... I wish you would have told me your forum name, I did not put the two together! Was also a pleasure to speak you with, I enjoy when I get the time to chat with the customers online. Everyone always has great ideas and things to add. Our company is only as strong as our support from all of you. Without you I would not have this great job, so thank you!

Like others, I haven't had a chance to speak with anyone personally at AutoGeek, but having never had any issues with any of my orders, that's a good thing. Their customer service is amazing - orders are shipped quickly and correctly. Some of my "customers" and friends have asked where I buy my products and I always send them to AutoGeek.

Thank you AG for being such an awesome company with such awesome employees!
 
I have only been a member for a few days and on tues i placed my order over the phone and recieved everything on thurs with no problems.It is the first time in years that i was treated like a customer wants to be treated just awesome.I deal a ton of customers a day at my dealership and treat them like i would like to be treated and funny thing is when you treat so nice they figure your hiding something this can't be real !!! Anyway thanks a ton tech support is second to no one down here they are first in line A++++
 
When I drive by the Autogeek(you can see it from the Florida Tpke) warehouse several times a year, I pause and smile and explain to my wife that is wear our money is going.We dont talk anymore but I have a clean waxed car in the garage,that is wear I sleep now
 
I taught her everything ..... ok, ok she taught me everything !! Meghan rocks and she is just as nice and friendly in person.
