I’ve been away from AGO for awhile and haven’t posted much here lately (been very busy). Any way I wanted to take a minute and publicly thank Meghan for all the great things she does!! I won’t go into specifics, but I will say; she is ALWAYS very professional. She ALWAYS responds to my emails and PMs promptly and professionally. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help in any way she possibly can! She is thoroughly dedicated to doing a great job, and achieving the highest level of customer service!! Thanks for everything Meghan; I very much appreciate all of your efforts!! JOB WELL DONE!

BTW: I don’t want to take anything away from the other members of AG staff. They are also awesome, and do a great job of maintaining a high level of customer service!! I have had several great dealings with all of the staff at one time or another. I would like to give a big shout out to all of AG staff for making doing business with AG very pleasurable these past 3 years.

Meghan rocks!! Plus she's a Pats and Red Sox fan which makes her even better in my book! :props:
 
I definitely agree with this!!! Meghan always goes above and beyond with my requests and I'm sure this holds true with anyone else. She's very prompt with her responses as well. I'm sure she gets a ton of PM's and e-mails and despite that she still responds in a timely manner and she makes sure that you get taken care of and most importantly, the customer is happy. Now that's great customer service and this is why I always come back to Autogeek for my car care needs!!!

Of course, the whole Autogeek staff is also very pleasant to work with. I've never dealt with anyone that has let me down.

I agree with this as well. I had to email Meghan about getting a replacement part, and within 24 hours it was taken care of no hassles whatsoever.

Meghan is a true asset to the fantastic team we call Autogeek. Thanks for everything you do for us!

Love you guys, but to be honest its the great staff I have around me that supports everything we do here at Autogeek! I really feel blessed to have such a great group of people to work with and an awesome forum full of all of you great friends.... I even love you non-Celtic, non-Pats, non-Red Sox Fans, I just can't go as far as saying I love you Yankee fans. I let Nick deal with the Yankee fans!!! :)
