Megs Prof Series Polish/Compounds

I thought Optimum dusted the LEAST?, BTW, is KING RANCH edition only available in Texas? Ive never seen one in CA but when I visited my sister in law in San Antonio I saw maybe 4-5 of them!

OPT prob does dust less than others, i use manily PB, OPT and Megs. Out of those 3 the OPT dusts the most.

As for the KR. There are KR owners all over, but I would say a majority of them are in the south. Here in TX, I would say that equal Lariats in Sales. Seems like every F250 I see is a KR.

Personally, I won't have another one. I got this one only b/c it was a "program" truck and it was almost 18K off the siticker. Seats were beat on pretty good even for a new truck so I speant a month working on the front seats...they are faded but they can be shot with die by a local guy who makes a living making them look good again.

Dude, i dont know what your doing wrong but OPT does not dust, at all.

Yes, it seems like some serious operator error...

I agree.......PB dusts like crazy.......no dust with Optimum Polish or Compound.

I think have decided to go with the OPT line.

Which takes longer to break down? PB or OPT?

OPT---probably twice the working time

So using a PC, PB would be a better choice.

I just love the newbie dogpile.

Seems PB isn't liked by this bunch. No problem, I get it.

I don't see as much dust with PB unless you are using SSR3 or maybe SSR2.5, even then it very little.

OPT is good, PB is good in my opinion, I prefer PB. Better product. Can be applied in the sun too.

I won't post anymore. Pick up my DA and will go home.

Seems all ya'll have don't have room for another person in your group.

Cheers

When using a PC, PB's, Meg's and Opt all provide good results for me. However, when using a rotary I prefer the Opt line over the other two. I just find it easier to work with.

I really like Poorboys also, I just notice a lot more dust when using them, which isn't a big deal to me either.

Sorry RollingRock, I don't think anyone was intentionally dogpiling on ya. I like both lines of the polishes, both do a great job. Stick around man, there's a lot of good, helpful people here.

I wouldnt use OPT with a PC. The working time is insanely long becuase of the oils in it and becuase of the massive amount of oils it does not dust. That makes it perfect for the rotary which is all i use it with. For the PC i would use XMT, megs or PB's. There are others i would recomend but they are not sold on this site.
