I can remember this back in the day. Wanted to maintain my DP paint coat, with a detailer that has no wax or gloss additives in it. Quik detailer won. Final inspection is another good choice. $5.17 for 16oz at wal mart. Was not going to pay $8 at auto zone. No issues with usage. Its as i remember it. It did not alter the look of the coating in any way.
 
I use it and Final Inspection on occasion. They make good clay lubes as well.
 
That is in fact the one Meguiar's recommends for clay lube

The newer stuff is too slick and does not allow the clay to work efficiently
 
Is this the same as Final Inspection?
 
This is all I use now to get my shine out. It's expensive here in the UK due to importation fees but I really do love it. :)
