Meguiars 26

My new favorite Carnauba wax is Surf City Barrier Reef hand mixed paste wax. Its been on my wife's Subaru for almost 2 months and still looks great, only used a quick spray wax over it once since then.

Yeah, that's a good wax too.

Has anyone thought/tried Meg's 26 over collinite 845? Durability and good looks?

Myself and Billy Jack top 915 with M26.
We both win trophies at car shows.
I think that says something.

after reading this I went out to my garage and waxed my car with m26

When I get home today, I'll be applying a coat to my car too. I've four tins, and a bottle of this fine wax. Sometimes I'll pop the top just to get a whiff. Takes me back to 1996 every time!

Really like this wax :)

New to the forum and stumbled across this thread. I have been using M26 for 10+ yrs on my cars AND my boats. A friend of mine that does fiberglass work told me its one of his tricks to get a glass boat to pop, which it does. I do it on my Tiara and it always looks great

Here are some pic's of my new 2015 Scat Pack. When the dealer took delivery it was taken off semi and parked, they didn't touch it. I ran up and got it. This was its 1st wash, followed up with M7 then M26 all by hand. You can see my Jetta and Silverado plain as day, as with all the crap in my rafters :)

DARNIT!!! I just bought some new product I try... Buyers remorse much!?

Ps: I was intrigued by the look of that BMW off of the 3D HD PRODUCT page from AG. I ended up getting HD SPEED AND HD POXY. I hope I didn't make a mistake. BUT THIS M26 paste looks AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely ADORE #26. The depth it gives dark cars is astounding. There is a place for it in everyone's detailing arsenal.

How about shelf life? I have an OLD bottle of liquid #26 (maybe 5 years old...). Did a panel on my CLK 350 today, seemed to have held up OK. It does have a nice feel, which may get better as it cures.

I have a bottle at least as old. Mine has that thick, lotion consistency, and great fragrance just like when I bought it. As long as it hasn't seperated past the point of being able to be shaken back together, it should perform without an issue.
