Meguiars 83 & 80

Im not sure if i read in previous posts a while back that meguiars 83 and 80 work very well w/ the PC.are they good pairs to work with, and how do they compare to other swirl removers and polishes that are offered??
 
so what should i use with my pc and wat in wat order?
 
My go-to polish for along time was Megs DACP. One issue, it dusts like no other polish.

At the risk of asking a dumb question, at what point do you mist the panel? Before or after youapply the polish?

Sorry, I'm new at this and just want to get it right.
