Yea, as last year when I did an all out paint restoration project on my personal car, I didn't get 100% perfection..but if it eliminates some/and makes other defects difficult to see, I am happy with the results. As you said, "you can dramatically improve the finish with some hard work and regular products". I highly recommend products used for anyone who reads this.

Thanks! I am personally an Optimum product line nut lol..but I am a big fan of Meguiars Ultimate Compound, Swirlx, ScratchX 2.0, Ultimate Polish and Endurance Tire Gel...A word of advice to anyone who only can work by hand, a huge key in correction, REPEATED APPLICATIONS.
