Meguiars D156

Hmmm.... I would say no, but I think it would be interesting to try. If that's the same sample I got then I'd say no because that has to haze. Spray waxes are very different.
Great point, thanks (and I cleaned out that spray bottle for nothing ;) ) .

Thanks Bob. But maybe 155 would be better for my situation. I keep my car waxed and as clean as possible. Don't know if I need a spray wax, for maintenance, or the detailer. Thoughts?
Meguiars Last Touch Spray Detailer is the last step to making an excellent first impression! Wipe away dust and fingerprints with Meguiars Last Touch
Just like you...
I don't really need to own/use a product
like D156 for my personal vehicles.

Instead...
I can't remember when I didn't own/use either
M34...or D155---of which I currently have about
1.5 gallons on hand.

Even after all these years, and all these new products - M34 remains a staple.

Since you're looking for something for 'maintenance' details and final wipes, I take that to mean you want something economical, that looks good and is easy to use. It doesn't need great durability (if it doesn't have great durability then it also doesn't need great beading or sheeting either)

I'd stick with your D156, in fact, I do stick with D156 myself. But it's always good to be looking for something better. Call back in 8 months when you've gone through 2 more gallons, maybe something better will be out then :)

I've been using D156 for 3 years now. In Az, it'll last 4 weeks in the summer. Car parked 24/7. I use it every wash and love it.

D156 is AMAZING.... I love the stuff....I use it after every wash and it flat out performs....even last night in cool damp 68* weather it took longer to dry and when it did it was streak free and glossy.... I love how it dresses trim as well

Well I got the combo pack yesterday and tried it tonight. Used it while drying and it looks great. Need to work on my technique, but that shouldn't take long. From the feel of the spray bottle (32oz), seems like I used about half of it. Don't like the Megs spray bottle that came with it, maybe my hands are too small, but it really seemed cumbersome.

U shouldn't have used half the bottle on one application, that's a lot....u want about 1 spray per panel, 2 on the bigger ones like hood and roof

Yeah, my thinking (oops) was that with the water that was on the car, I'd need more so it wouldn't be diluted. Thanks
