Has anyone here used the Megs Leather cleaner and conditioner that comes in the gallon?
What are your thoughts on it? What's the best way to use it? In a spray bottle or a dispenser type?

I currently have it. I bought it like 2 weeks ago! I would recommend to use it with a flip top lid (dispenser) type of thing as it is easier. I use a foam applicator pad and works great! :) BTW it smells good too like the black ice pine tree air freshener. Good luck and have fun!

How aggressive of a cleaner would you rate it?

It is NOT a very 'good' cleaner... of coated leather. It may clean decently for well cared for coated leather.

I prefer APC diluted properly/ steam/ and or dedicated leather cleaner (or a combination of the previously mentioned) to really clean neglected coated leather.

EDIT: I find the best way to use it is via foam pad applicator... wipe in well. Then follow with a MF towel to wipe dry.

Agree 100% I use it mostly to condition the seats. I would use it as a one step if seats are well cared for or you just cleaned them days ago. Do a quick wipe down with APC on a MF towel and condition seats, then buff dry with another MF towel. This will leave your seats soft. As far as cleaning, I would use an APC with a boar's hair brush.

Yea I tried it earlier and I found out you have to use a all purpose cleaner to get the really neglected seats cleaned.
I figure its still good to use to condition the leather.
I was hoping for a stronger product so I wouldn't have to use harsh chemicals to clean the leather.

I use it on my couches with utility cotton towels. Works good as a maintenance cleaner conditioner.

I'm assuming you're talking about D180. I do like it as a mild conditioner with regular use. Agreed that there's not a lot of cleaning properties, APC foam with boar's hair for cleaning is what i use. The D180 is great for a pleasant scent and some mild shine to the leather. Wipe it down more for a matte finish. I use it regularly in my own truck with noticeable results. Seats were getting pretty worn looking and they look better all the time now! Good stuff for the price.....

So youre saying I should really use this for conditioning the seats after using a APC since its not that strong of a cleaner? I was hoping to find something with the sole purpose of cleaning seats because I hate using harsh chemicals but I guess it wont matter since I will condition after right?
And to me it does smell like the Little tree black ice scent.

I'm not saying that's what YOU should use, just that's it's what I use, but does seem popular. Use what works for you, but this might be a good starting point. Try it out and see how you like it. I use D101 at 10:1 on leather with a foaming sprayer to get a good lather going.
