Meguiars microfiber DA system and Duragloss Q?

I recently bought a used '09 Pontiac G8 GT that is loaded with swirls and a few surface scratches so I decided to take the plunge into machine polishing and ordered a GG6 and the Meg's MF DA system. I wanna use the D300 to get out the defects and then use Duragloss as my sealant, the only problem is I've read that the D300 tends to leave a haze on softer paints which the G8 is known to have. So my question is DG501 strong enough to remove the haze (if any) left by the D300, if not what polish do y'all recomend to get it ready for the DG. Also has anyone tried using any different polishes on the Meg's MF finishing disc?

DG 501 is a chemical cleaner/sealant and is not intended for finishing. Use the finishing polish that comes with the Megs MF system.

You can try Duragloss Pre-Clean #2 for the lighter stuff or for something heavier try Duragloss Swirl Mark Remover. I removed heavy oxidation with Swirl Mark Remover so hazing would be a breeze. Remember though, least aggressive method first. Then top with your favorite sealant or wax. Enjoy!

No harm in trying. Use a white pad with DG 501 and see how it works for you. It is a very versatile product.

You can also mix 106ff or SIP 1:3 with 501 to get some extra cut

The reason I wasn't going to use the finish polish with the kit was b/c it also contains waxes and I didn't think you could use a sealant over waxes. But I got to reading over the discriptions of the DG501 and 105 and noticed that they were a paint cleaner also, so am I right to assume that if I get hazing from the D300 and use the D301 to remove the hazing I can then use DG501 and the cleaners in it will remove the waxes and it will bond to the paint?

Meguiar's calls all their LSP's "waxes". IIRC from the Jason Rose video, the D301 is a polymer (sealant). But yes, the 501 should prep the surface after the D301, especially if you apply it by machine.
