That looks like unpainted gray plastic cladding.
If so:
I've never used Meguiars M02 Fine Cut
Cleaner on that type of material before.
And: It'd be taking a risk to do so, IMO.

The answer is "no".
Also, do not use any paint care product on pebble textured plastic.
A: It won't work.
B: It will stain the plastic.

By grey you mean the plastic cladding?
Nothing that I know of. I explained why in the article I referenced above. I was typing on a iPad when I posted the above last night and to difficult to do copying and pasting. Here's a link to the article that explains why you can't ABRADE scratches on pebble textured plastic and have the results look either GOOD or ORIGINAL.

Here's the deal.... some coatings, (like chrome), and some materials, (like pebble textured plastic), DON'T like to be abraded to level the surface and thus visually make the defects disappear. No one's fault. That's just how it goes.
