Here is a comparison of a portion of the hood that was reconditioned with Meguiars Ultimate Compound. It was then GLAZED with PB's Black Hole

Look at the before and after picture.
Ultimate Compound definitely surprised me by its performance.

This Thread is for everyone to look at, but specifically for DUBBIN1 ( Dwayne )

How can we tell what portion of the improvement is from UC and what portion from the Black Hole?

I told you so ;)

In a few days you will have to try the SSR1 SSR2.5 M105 and Natty's Red samples that I sent you.

UC is a wonderful product. It offers the cut almost like M105, but the ease of use of M205. It doesn't dry out, works forever, and only dusts a little bit. I do agree that you can't really try to show off the ability of UC by putting a glaze over it, but as well all know glazes don't do THAT much. Here is a pic of what UC is capable of on it's own.

Again, it doesn't have quite the power of M105 as you can see from some deeper rids left in my pics, but it leave most surfaces LSP ready.

My apologies guys, I didn't actually put the glaze on. It was meant for a different thread on a different portion of the car. Again, sorry for the confusion.

Love UC. I find myself using it more than m105 just because of how nice it is to work with

Just kidding of course! Thanks for the clarification.

What pad are you using with UC?
