Can meguiars ultimate protectant be used on the exterior door B pillar trim, on the plastic where the windshield wipers sit, and on the wiper blade attachment and arm? Does it restore the original color of the trim? Is it also good for the door moldings on the frame to prevent the it from sticking during winter time?

I recommend a test spot. Let it dry and then test with water. I have yet to find a trim and plastic dressing that resists water. Right now I am applying Megs all season dressing to the trim and plastic on my wife's Durango

Lots of dressings do.

Blackfire Trim and Tire Sealant definitely do.
WETS does as well.
Megs Ultimate Protectant and Ultimate black have no problem "resisting water".

I should clarify, I have yet to find a Megs trim dressing that resists rain

Ultimate Black
Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer
D4510
D163

I've tested all of these and have no problems holding up in the rain. Especially Ultimate black and ultimate plastic restorer.

D163 can streak a bit after rain. But it will hold up just fine and one of the better dressings I have used.

I do like the appearance given by D160. A nice sheen on the mirrors, door handles front window cowl and wiper blade hardware

It's supposed to survive through rain.

Every time we get rain in central Texas, I have to remove streaks from the D160

The look is great in the sun and is why I continue to use D160.
