Well I have never been a general fan of quick detailers. I have tried others and nothing really caught my attention until I tried this one. I was super impressed with the ease of use, the smell and the results. I actually drove to a buddys house 30 minutes away and he could smell the car from his door. The results were the most impressive though. I hadn't waxed the car in a few months and this product made the paint jump. It rained the next day and the car shed the water beautifully. Great product and I truly hope others try it and get the same results I did!

UQD is a great product. I have also had the same experiences as you.

Andy:cheers:

I have been using UQD for a while now with similar results. However, I find that the UQD evaporates a little too quickly if you are not paying attention and it is not a product that you are supposed to let dry. I have started using the M135, Synthetic Spray Detailer, with the same Hydrophobic Polymer Technology of the UQD and it does not dry up as fast. Just another option and it can also be purchased in gallon quantities. Great stuff!!!

Have you compared it to ONR at QD strength ? ONR is very economical and leaves a great shine.

Or have you compared it to FK425, as it gives a great shine plus keeps dust off for about a day and a half

I love UQD! for the smell mostly. it is better than normal Megs QD.

I think FK425 is a step up though.

Megs 135, and Optimum Quick Detailer are must try offerings too.

megs ultimate is my fav also but i am gonna try optimum. besides i hate that you can only by megs ultimate 22 ounces at a time! give me a gallon megs!

M135 is pretty much the same product for professional use. And it comes in gallon sizes.

Over at the Meguiars forum..it was said by a Meg's employee that M135 is the same as UQD just in gallon size...and cheaper that way also....

Yep as said above and its the best qd i have used.

+1 for Bruce's post

Anyone know how this stacks up to ONR at QD strength?

I'm not looking for it to match, just seeing how much better it is
(if at all)

thanks for the tip guys. :D and a considerable savings also uqd = 53 cents per ounce and m135 about 24 cents per ounce. Nice

I think UQD is probably a little better as a QD than the ONR dillution. Don't get me wrong, it's awesome that I can make a gallon of QD with my ONR, but the Meg's probably leaves a slightly better finish. and it better for 9$ a bottle:D
