Menz micro, same cut/gloss as sealing wax!?

Hey, I have a few questions about Menzerna micro polish, and their sealing wax. According to the chart Micro polish, and Sealing wax have the same cut/ and gloss ratings. I understand that the wax protects and the polish does not. But, why would menz make a polish that has the same cut as their sealing wax?

> Does this make the sealing wax a AIO?, since it has the same cut as a pure polish.

I am looking for a true polish that will maintain my freshly 106ff finish.

Beacuse they don´t want silicone oils in the factories?

I have used PO85RD, it´s good with very low cut. Perfect for gloss enchancing on good paints.
