Menzerna Intensive Polish PO 91 E

I might pick up a PC on Black Friday in the mean time should I hold off on polishing it? The directions say it can still be done by hand?

Thoughts?

By all means get a PC or better yet get a GG6 you won't be sorry.

Do you think it will be it okay while the weather is warm here to do it in small aplications before I am able to get a polisher?

so let me ask you this question the flex is clearly out of my budget but I might be able to swing a pc or a gg any suggestion fellas?

I'm considering the gg polisher but I'm not going to mess with the polish until I have it. I can just store it in my garage, until I'm able to polish I was thinking it might be better to do this in spring

What do you use to clean and lubricate each panel my understand is menzerna can be tricky

Well sure, you can do anything by hand, as long as it's a really small area. I'd still not recommend doing an entire panel by hand though. Basically they'll say "safe for use by hand" meaning you can do areas that you can't reach with a machine and all will come out OK.

Clean and lubricate?

As in when claying?

Claying you can use ONR. :xyxthumbs:

No need to lubricate when compounding and polishing as the products themselves have polishing oils and/or lubricants that help in that respect.

Dude, Harbor Freight has a cheap DA machine. just start with that. It will be light yrs faster from doing it by hand. Its very cheap as well. When u figure that machine out and it breaks after a while then u can move up to a nicer machine. but for gods sake, do ur hands a favor.

Also, don't order the expensive products if you don't have the right tools for the application. Get some cheap compound product and you can purchase Megs 205 to fix it up. Then just use a wax every month. Save the money for a good machine in the future.

Come to Vegas and I will let u use my DA and Flex to try them on your paint. Good luck bro and let us know how it goes.
