New to Menzerna and would like to get some of their products, thus my question.

The top one is called SF4000 - PO85RE, the other SF4500 - PO85RD.

Any difference between the two?

I think the SF 4000 is better known as 106FA.
Most people think the 106FA is a nice finishing polish but some also say nothing is close to 85RD on extreme soft black paint. I only have 85RD so I cannot verify this.

I've only seen 85RE in Europe - not sure if it's an updated version of 85RD.

PO85-RD is AWESOME as a final polishing/jeweling step. It is a diminishing compound and will clean off extremely faint swirls and micro-marring. It's great for a "maintenance" type compound. I.e. doing a light re-polish every 8-12 months to get rid of minor swirls and clear coat damage a car accumulates over the course of a year.
On a first time correction job you'd want to use it AFTER something a bit more aggressive like the PO91E or PO83Q.

The finish after hitting my black car with PO85RD is so nice that it literally almost pains me to apply sealant and wax over the top of it.

Thank you for all your replies guys.

Whilst I was hoping to resolve the difference between PO85RE and PO85RD I found this:

Menzerna Super Finish PO85RE (SF4000)

This is a slightly new formulation between the old 2 Final Finishing polishes 106FF and 85RD; an amazing formula with exactly the same high gloss finishing ability and a balance of low cut between the previous 2 finishing polishes offering superior workability – now called Menzerna Super Finish SF4000.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It Menzerna wanted to create confusion to their products/product names I now believe they were extremely successful in doing so.

.

I can verify that the po85rd SF4500 does finish down nicer than the 106fa. its got less cut and it shows on black onyx non clearcoated soft black lexus paint. i love that stuff

Just to clarify for those who might not be too familiar, Menzerna has a somwhat different line-up of product in Europe vs the US - and the SF4000 they sell here, which is 106FA, is not the same thing as PO85RE. Also, did some additional searching, and, at least based on this thread, it does appear that PO85RE is a newer formulation with just slightly more cut than PO85RD.
