Afternoon. I have a 2006 Nissan Altima that I'll be polishing out before coating with some System-X. I would like to jewel the paint as much as possible. The PO85RD is made for "ceramic" clear coats, but has less cut value than the PO85U. I don't believe the Nissans have a "Ceramic" CC. Out of the 3 products listed in the title, which would work best do you think. Thanks.

The WG Finishing Glaze is really like M205 and I don't considering made for jewling, I would go to PO85RD. It has the finest cut out there. What color car do you have? If you have a dark color then the PO85RD would be worth your time, but if you have a light colored car then you probably would not see a difference.

Thanks for the reply Max. Yes, the colour is dark grey metallic. I only included the WGFG because I have some. ;-) I'm leaning towards the 85RD, just was concerned about the whole "Ceramic" thing.

I wouldn't be too concerned with that, PO85RD is a great finishing polish. :)

:welcome: To Autogeek Online!

Are you polishing with a rotary or dual action polisher?

Menzerna PO85RD is a very fine polish with a very low cut value but superior gloss. This is the polish when I want the finish to look like a mirror...

Thanks for the welcome! I'll be using a DA. I want to jewel up the finish as much as possible before sealing it with SystemX. When I'm all done I hope to post some pictures as the finish is in really good shape for 5 years of daily driving. It's had lots of luv from Klass SG and Collinite over the years

I don't have any experience with finishing products :/ but you can get a free sample of Wolfgang Finishing Glaze with an order. I have one but haven't used it yet. I'm going to get some 85RD with my next order.

I just placed an order for some 85rd. I've wanted to try it out and I also want to try 106fa but 85rd was more online with what I needed right now.

Used 85rd yesterday as a one step on a 2010 Jet Black Jetta. It worked flawless!!!
