Hi again folks!

After using Meguiars UC, UP for over 10 cars I feel I could upgrade my products for my customers.

I have been reading a little bit about the Menzerna line and oh boy I'm lost here. Wolfgang is very easy to figure out on the other hand.

I have the GG6 Polisher, 6 LC Flat Orange pads, 6 LC Flat White pads, 2 LC CCS Green pads, 1 LC Blue CCS pad. I will add more after suggestions!

I'd like to have your input on which Menzerna products I could add to my arsenal.

Thank you!

I have been very pleased with:

FG400(compund)- used with Orange pads for heavy (ie. rids/ heavy swirled)correction that PF2500 won't handle.

PF2500(Comp/Polish)- Used with Orange/White pads for one step corrections and imperfections that SF4000 won't remove.

SF4000(Polish)- Used with White/Black pads for finishing after using FG400 to bring clarity, or for light polishing to remove prior LSP's to prep for new LSP and clean some Daily Driving damage.

These have performed excellent with my HF DA with the 5.5"Flat Pads and 4" Hydeo-Techs.

I always test spot each one with different pad combos to see where to start. My Daily Driver is a 11 Taurus Factory Ford Tuxedo Black paint and have been very pleased. Prior to these I have used M105/205 and UC/UP. Menz definitely is easier to work with than M105, and for me the FG400 finishes slightly better.

Hope this helps.

Hey malin,

I have used and highly reccomended the FG400, SF4000 & Powerlock Sealant. All easy to work with and provide excellent results. I will be trying many others as opportunity permits, the whole line is very highly regarded. Good luck & Take care.

Peace,

Darrin

Basically that, and depending the vehicle and colour, sometimes you can get away with FG400 as a one step and don't have to follow up with a polish ( plan on doing that on my silver impala DD)

FG400 and sf4500. I just got these 2 after forum members suggestion

You can mix pads to lessen the cut of fg400 then use 4500 to polish it super clear.

FG 400 & 4500 definitely the new 3-n-1. This new product is an awesome one step product.

I agree with this.

It's almost as if the Hydrotech pads and those menzerna polishes were made to compliment each other, especially on random orbital machines like the Porter Cable, Griot's, etc.

If you get FG400 no need for the 2500, as noted above just go from an orange pad to a white pad. This is a one step I did on a Chevy Pick Up. One step with FG 400 Orange pads, no marring no need for another step.

True that FG400 can be used alone and you can go straight to LSP, but I like PF2500 for the intermediate range where FG400 is too much cut and SF4000 is not enough. If you have all three of these you probably can cover 90% of situations. Ultimate 2-step combos would probably be FG400/SF4000 and PF2500/SF4500.

FG400, PF2500, SF4000, SF4500, Top Inspection, 3n1 AIO, Power Lock, Carnauba Lock, Endless Shine QD.

For a traditional style DA, Hydro tech pads.
