Hey guys i would just like to get some input on this tool.
As of now i have always used my shop vac for vacuuming and my gas powered blower for blowing off the water after wash. They both seem to work well just doesn't seem to look as convenient as this tool but was wondering also about the power of the 4.0 horse power.
I was actually checking out the one for 299.00 for the fact it has a 24 foot hose and can be hung and has wheels too.

Any input would be greatly appreciated thanks

I've got one.

INCREDIBLE !!!!! Absolutely best vac for automotive use. I also use it for cleaning my a/c returns etc

But have only used it as a vacuum, not blower.

How come you dont use it to blow off the water when you wash?

I have both the 4 hp vac n blo and the 8 hp master blaster - both are great tools and the vac n blo is all I'll ever need for a dedicated auto vacuum.

That said (and trying to answer your other question)...some are concerned about blowing vacuumed "crap" back on to the car if using as a blower. Count me in that group - therefore I use the awesome master blaster with its warm, filtered, dedicated air for drying.

Overkill?

Probably. But I like it. :dblthumb2:

Thanks for your feed back. So from what u guys are saying I should assume my leaf blower is a better option for blowing off the water after a wash?

That's my reasoning

The only reason I do not use my Vac and Blow for blowing water off my car is its just easier to grab my cordless Makita blower. But for vacuuming, I have it hanging on the wall and with the 24' hose, I pull my car up by my garage and vacuum away!

Have u ever tried to blow the water off with it? Just wondering how powerful it is.

The metro vac and blo without the intake end cap has the same drying capability as the Master Blaster with just one motor. It can do it but just slower. The ability to dry has a lot with paint condition (smoothness, LSP).

ok thanks for the feed back. im just on the fence about purchasing it because i dont want it to just vacuum, i can just pull out my wet dry vac for that. the thing is i have to start my leaf blower and blow the water off also, I figured i can get this to do both but i dont here many using it to blow water more for vacuuming.

Buy the smaller blaster unit and keep your vacuum. I was impressed with that small blower.
