MF towel question

So, Im buying some MF towels in the very near future, and I cant decide which to get...


Special Purchase Microfiber Buffing Towels, four pack of microfiber towels, microfiber detailing cloths, micro fiber

Supreme 530 microfiber towel, buffing cloth, drying towel, detailing towel, 530 towel


these will be used on paint, buffing, waxing, removing polish...and possibly a couple to dry with

what is the difference? they are about the same in price with the BOGO offer.

also, im sure its been asked a million times, but regular liquid detergent, with vinegar in the rinse cycle seems do be the popular way to wash these, right? then store in a plastic container or ziplock baggie....
 
I believe the green ones are the shamrocks. Some people had problems with them shedding, probably why they are a special deal. I would suggest the purple Deluse 600's, they are very plush and I have had no shedding issues what so ever. The supremes you have linked are nice as well, I just personally like the purple ones better.
 
530's are awesome as are the Cobra Jr's. I picked up the 4 pk of those fluffy green ones but have not used them yet. I did give them a pre-wash. We'll see how the lint goes on em.

The Griot's towels are popular as well.
 
The special offer ones are not the Shamrocks - they are a different towel, although very similar to Shamrocks.
I have had no issue with them shedding and use them regularly (both the Shamrocks and special purchase towels).

The 530's are one of my favorites.

For drying the waffle weave is going to be your best bet. Other microfibers just push water.

Thanks guys, looks like im getting the 530's....the BOGO offer seems to be a good deal...those cobra juniors are 10 bucks for just one, where the 530's are 7.99 for 2....are the Jr's REALLY worth that much more?


I will get some waffle for drying, and use these for wax/polish removal and quick detail spray.
 
Can't go wrong with the 530s. They are my favorite buffing towels.
 
Grey Supremes ... but those green special offer towels are pretty nice too.
 
Last count, I had about 200+ towels.

Tried them all.

Top of the list: 530's

Bottom: Arctic Whites (like a paper towel)
 
What are the Cobra Mango Breeze microfibers like? You can get them right now at like 12 for $27.99. I was thinking of getting me some. My favorite microfibers right now are the Meguiar's Supreme Shines. Love 'em! :dblthumb2:

I got some Jr's on BOGO a while back, love em for QD'ing. I like the indigos for removing compound/polish and waffle weaves for drying.
 
just got them today.

the 530's on BOGO are not as "plush" as the 4 for 16.99 ones, i like them better.

Will use both alot though. I just like fluffy things, lmao.
