Microfiber Drying Towel Review - what would you like to see reviewed and how?

I haven't used any of them except Meg's Water Magnet. I use Auto Finesse Aqua Deluxe mostly because dragging waffle weave towel on the car doesn't feel right to me. I dab on Water Magnet on horizontal surfaces, wipe with Aqua Deluxe on vertical panels. Since I put spray wax after every wash, I don't really think about square water droplets after waffle weave.
Long story short, you should add Aqua Deluxe in that list too.

Thanks for the suggestion, however I can't find that towel in the states. Do you have a vendor in the US that I can contact?

All of the towels have arrived! Anyone want to guess on the total number to be reviewed?

This shelf is all of the drying towels I have. Frankly it's a bit intimidating!

Anyone want to try and call out individual towels from the picture? There are a number of towels VERY similar.

I’m sure you are working out the testing details and parameters. What are you gonna do like test 4 or 5 a day take your notes and compare the all at the end with rankings or ?

The forensic detailing video was like 1/4 of this Scale and that video was 2 parts and long as heck lol but pretty through

Let us know if we can add any input or bounce ideas off us we got some smart people here.

39 towels but a few have multiple sizes...

I'm doing 4+ per wash to try and get the review done before November as my 2nd daughter is due 11/3. I'll be off for ~2 weeks so I MIGHT have some time to work on the review during that time too. I'm going to try and keep the videos short, as I personally don't like and don't have the time to watch someone talk on a video for a extended amount of time. I just want the info.... immediate satisfaction, dammit! :laughing:

Each towel will get tested multiple times, multiple ways to get the best results for each towel. Absorbancy will be the hardest but I have a few ideas I'm working on.

Well I checked but there's not any. You can contact them directly to U.K. They should have international shipping. Also they have brand detailing shops in the US I guess, so they might help. If you can't find, let me know.

wow i see both guzzlers and pluffle towels. I see the pfm and the supreme 520 I think and them griots version of the gold colored waffle weave. I think Im going to call every company and tell them im doing a review on High end hybrid and carnuba waxes

More power to you if you want to take on a review like that! I had considered doing a coating review but I simply don't have the time.

Thanks and congrats to you too! Very true about the less work at the infant stage, our 2 1/2 yr old daughter is a very strong minded little girl. She's a blessing, but man she is a handful when she sets her mind to something. (Same for her mother and myself, so it's really our fault! Lol )

I haven't used all the towels yet! Yes, free towels are nice, but I owe it to the vendors to do this review correctly! It's over $900 in towels.

Good evening everyone. I regrettably am coming to you to say that the review will be postponed for some time longer. I fractured my ankle last Thursday while doing a favor for a friend. I made a poor judgement call by resting the tongue of a trailer on the ball hitch to be able to adjust the trailer jack pin another notch lower (set to high from a lifted truck). Well someone decided that they would kick/push the tongue onto the ball, but they didn`t realise I had not put the pin back in and the 3000lb trailer tongue (300lbs?) came slamming down on my lower thigh and that impact fractured the medial malleolus on my tibia (where it holds your angle together and gives your foot support). Ortho put it in a cast and THINKS i can get by without surgery/screws but only time will tell.

The fun part is in tomorrow second daughter is scheduled to join our family. I`m resourceful and quite stubborn so I`ll figure out how to hobble around so I can take care of my wife (c-section), infant and 2 1/2 yr old daughter. A knee cart and crutches will be my sporty mode of transportation for at least 4 weeks.
I wish this post was me informing all of you that I was ready to post the full review. I WILL get the review done once I`m healed enough to wash our vehicles without risking damaging the paint or myself!

I'm already going a bit crazy not being able to do my normal routines, let alone wash our vehicles.
