Microfiber Towels

I use a 14x14 (I think) Eagle Blue for almost everything, mine have an edge but I see they only have edgeless ones now. They were sold in a pack of 10 when I got them.

love my trc microfiber towel and the price:cheers:

hmmm... not that i have had any problems with microfiber towels from china for the most part.. but i noticed that quite a few of the towels from mf tech are now made there as opposed to korea as they use to offer for the most part...

Are they Korean microfiber material that is assembled in China?

If assembled in China, do they have a Made in China tag?

i'm not sure (could be the case) but yes some korean microfiber are assembled in china. this is the description... Country: Made in China

either way, i've hadn't had any problems with microfiber from china (gotta know what you're buying) and they have served me well. overall, the microfiber from there are getting better in quality. some though still ain't having it...

Country of origin laws refer to the last country of significant "transformation" so all mf made in Korea and finished in China would be labeled as Made in China.

This is why automobiles with significant foreign content still can say made in USA even if content is actually more than 50%.

Has anyone used the MF towels from Costco? I think there called Kirkland Signature Extra Plush 80/20 blend made in China

Oh god not this again. Be ready for arguments back and forth. But to answer your question I'm a costco user and I find them ok. Now I don't do this professionally just my DD, family cars, and a few family friends that pay me. Are they perfect? No, but I think they are pretty decent especially for the price. I believe I read that they are 380GSM which is very similar to what Larry kosilla from Ammo NYC uses on his videos. People will say they find it too risky and maybe they are, but ultimately it depends on the kinds of cars that you are working on.

i'm aware of that and i'm sure the labor is significantly a lot cheaper there as well. if memory serves they use to use cloth banded edging on the mf towels in question and now they are silk which some retailers are selling now that look and feel cheap...

i bought a pack when they first started carrying them and the ones i got are actually pretty decent. of course you'll have to wash them right out of the bag because they are shedding/loose inside. the only thing is when i buy another bag, i hope i won't be disappointed if they aren't like the ones i have now since it differs from batch to batch sometimes. i should of bought two bags...
