Customer is asking it this mess can be saved ? What do you think ?
Has no smoothness to it and of course no shine. Is this just bad oxidation or is it clear coat failure ?

Doesn't look like clear coat failure from the photo. You should be able to compound / polish that out.

No that's the only spot , the back trunk

Looks like a repaint with a single stage and some serious oxidation to me. That is just my opinion though. I could be very off base.

As others have suggested; from the picture it does not look like CC failure and should be able to be compounded and polished out quite nicely.
