It's never easy to take an alternate path when you're used to the one you're traveling, especially if you're driving the cushiest car of the day.
To leave Meguiar's, then head literally across the country and start anew, well, that takes guts. Mike has worked hard and I hope only the best for him. Perhaps it's true that they "picked" the right guy for the job, but, were it not for him giving the unknown path a shot, that opportunity may have never come his way. Maybe that should read, "...Mike may have never found the opportunity"...
He has typed so many articles since his arrival at Autogeek. I even heard from a guy that knows a friend of his who overheard his sister tell his Mom that Mike types so fast now, his fingers look like the valvetrain on a Caddy straight 8... running at full gait!
That's fast. :wow:
Congratulations, Mike! Enjoy yourself. Ride that wave!
p.s.-
Don't trust groupies. I'm not saying don't enjoy them, don't have lunch with them... nothing like that.
Just don't trust 'em with secrets, money, your tools, and especially not with your dog.
