Not sure what 3d one has to do with this thread.

I like the knowledge/experience mike brings to the table.

Now that hes jumped around, i really wander his honest opinion on products. When he was at the geek, he pushed the house brands..none of which i tried. He went to 3D, he pushed all their products. Even their pads and such. Like were they really as good as the lc force pads you used for years? Lol then autofordge, it was the redline pads. And all the mckees products. Ive never tried mckees either. Now its dr beasleys(never tried those either).

Point is..which damnn brands to you really think are at the "top" in each catagory. Only ones i think i could say for sure is at the top is flex lol. The rest i couldnt tell guess.

I get it...its his job to push whatever products the company he works for sells.

Honestly, this is why i like the forum, and expecially Mike G. Dude gives honest reviews and doesnt work for any of them.

Mike has always like Dr Beasley’s products even since his AG days. Especially their NSP polishes.

His countless articles/videos of fundamentals and how to's is for me personally what laid the groundwork that helped me build my skills i have today. I believe it put me years and lots of money ahead of where i would have been had i tried to learn it all from trial and error.

I highly doubt it would happen, but if given the chance i would shake the mans hand to thank him for that.

3D is in the name of the thread. Think he is just tossing it out their because of people question what products is Mike currently pushing.

One thing I appreciated is i didnt felt mike forced PBMG products down our throats. He had his favorites but really pushed other products.

For me only one thing he liked that I thought was a dud.

I’ve never considered Mike Phillips as a guy who ever “sold out” for any particular brand to the point where just because he works somewhere he pushes it and suggests other brands are inferior. For example when he left Meguiars, I never saw him suggest any other brand was somehow superior to what Meguiars has to offer. You can’t blame someone for advertising and using the house brands if that’s where he’s currently employed. I never got Ivan Lacroi vibes.

Remember Mike Phillips famous quote “Find something that works, and use it often”
-That’s about as unbiased as it gets.

Hence the winking emoji

Yea I figured, because Pan for damn sure has never written any damn articles about detailing. He’s lucky to get by copying what he sees other people do to their cars. If he ever wrote an article it’d be plagiarized. Lol.

What, you don't like washing black Porsche's with a wheel brush?

I owe nearly all of the success I have and my abilities to Mike Philips. Thankful to God for that guy.

I thought Mike was working with Autoforge?

At least he hasn't resorted to doing shill youtube videos like the majority of detailing gurus.

Paul Dalton claims he charges $7,700 for a car wash.
