Mike,

Would it be possible for Yancy (or you) to just make a link that would make the download in MS Word? If I'm correct, that would just be: download, save, edit, save, etc. That way you wouldn't have to actually send it out?

Just thinking about a time saver for everyone involved.

And remember, you can edit and customize it to fit your needs as well as use it as a tool to upsell your customer or simply MATCH the right service to your customer.

You can also use it to educate your customer which shows them you actually know your business. Then if they go somewhere else, if they have a bad experience they'll know who to call to have their car detailed the right way the next time.
