The form comes as a MS Word Document "Attachment". That's the way it is sent, as an attachment. You save the attachment to your computer's hard drive and then open it in MS Word and edit it to customize it for your business. I have resent using the e-mail address you used to join this forum.

I can see the attachments, can even open them and view them by clicking on the attachment. However, I've tried numerous ways to save the attachment, but it won't let me.
I can right click on the attachment, go and click save as, even create a folder within my detailing folder, open the folder and it's empty, then try to save to that folder and that's as far as it'll let me go. I tried waiting to see if it would take awhile to download...nothing.
I could save it to google drive...but I don't want to mess with that when I can usually do it the way Mike has suggested...'cept this time it ain't workin'. LOL!!
