Mobile Detailer Invoicing?

^^^ Get an android tablet for like $100, and get clover POS! It does what you're looking for and more for FREE!

Clover POS is no longer available on android.

And 100$ tablets usually don't have cel capabilities...

We use invoice2go you download the free appt

Invoice2go looks real good! If any of haven't already checked it out, xero is a great option too- it will do all of your accounting as well- however it costs around $50 a month.

Invoice2go looks like the best option for those starting out, at around $8 a month.

I use Quickbooks Online for my invoicing and accounting; my trailer has a laptop and a printer on board so that I can generate and print a professionally created invoice right on the spot.

Before that, I made a very simple document in Microsoft Word that I filled out after the job was completed; the only problem was that I had to fill out 2: one so that I had a signed copy and the other for the customer.

Holy crap its out of the play store! I went onto their website, you can still make an account and run it off a laptop, and maybe even download it directly through the website.

If not, PM me your cell# and I can text u the app.

Ok I might just do that. I will try to find it on their website first.

Received my Square reader today.

Works well but I am disapointed that it will not accept bank cards nor American Express cards. Being able to over Visa and Master Card is nice but no bank card is a real drawback. Amex is not accepted everywhere here in Canada because they charge insane fees to the merchants so I was not expecting to be able to accept them.

But for now Visa and Master Card will have to do. The fees for a dedicated terminal are just too high. 70$ per month plus 3% flat fee + variable fee depending on card is something I cannot afford for now.

I ordered a few phone stylus (stylii?) on EBay for 1$ each including shipping ;) Ordered 3 separate ones to increase my chance of getting one fast. Usually it's 2 to 3 weeks because they come from China and Hong Kong. Also ordered a leather case for my Galaxy S4 for 3$ :) Gotta love China for cheap stuff LOL

I am pretty much good to go now. Will start the advertizing campain.

If u run android try Intuit GoPayment, if its available to you there. Fees similar to Square. Square was very limited on my android devices, unless they changed apps in the last 6-8mos.

I dont allow amex, and I'm happy not to! lol! fees are killer!

I already checked them out.

They don't support Android yet ;(

They don't support bank cards either.

And they are more expensive than Square to use.

Paypal would be the other option.

The service is not available in Canada yet.

Looks like I have no alternative until I can afford a portable bank card terminal. On the plus side once I can afford it I will also be able to accept Amex.

As for fees, my system is really simple: Pay cash and get 10% discount. Once I have a lot of clients I will increase my fee a little to cover for this.

I just sent 110 emails to people I think are good prospects for my services, I hope a few will be interested so I can get started already ;)
