i have noticed that alot of us detailers have nice sports cars. any body like to tweak on them? i personally have a 01 mustang gt with some minor stuff done to it. 2"drop, kyb shocks struts, maximun motorsports full length sub frame connectors, 03 cobra wheels, tinted head and tail lamps, crystal clear fog lamps, hid conversion. what do you guys have?
 
05 corolla xrs, ksport coilovers, hotchkiss f/r sway bars, dc sports front strut bar, alutec rear strut bar, summit racing front and rear chassis braces, carbon fiber hood/trunk/rear window spoiler and grille, projector headlights, 8k hid lows/8k hid fogs/vuteq front/rear lip(discontinued)2 sets of 2 piece forged wheels, brembo drilled rotors f/r, brembo 8 piston calipers front and 4 piston brembos rear. custom 3 piece harness bar w/aerospeed 4 point harnesses, twm short throw shifter,cable and base bushings, custom aluminum crush bent 3 inch exhaust, adjustable racing pedals, digital tach w/shift light(stewart warner) glow shift gauges. aem cold air intake, hydra ems, aerospeed grounding kit, greddy supercharger. jet dyno'd at 308 whp. stock was 174 whp.
 
^damn!did you have to go into the bottom end to support the extra power of the charger? your pumpin out more ponies than me:awman:

2003 Mustang GT - Pro5.0 Shifter, O/R X-Pipe, Custom Turn Down Exhaust, Intake, Plenium, Throttle Body, Pulleys, Eibach Springs, and American Racing Rebel Rims.



Then sold that for this which I did even more to...

2003 Mach 1 - Spec Steel FLywheel, Spec Stage 2 Clutch, Pro5.0 Shifter, MAC Longtubes, MAC O/R Prochamber X-Pipe, Magnaflow Magnapack Exhaust, C&L Intake, MAF, K&N Intake, Ported Intake Manifold, 1/2 Intake Spacer, Forged Flat Top Pistons, Forged H-Beam Rods, Forged Knife Edged Crank, Block Bored .010 Over, Tokico Gas Struts, and Eibach Springs, Nitto 555r's 315/35/17's!

Then one hell of a crappy tune making 315/335 at the ground.

 
Just a pickup that looks stock. 2002 Silverado with a swapped in a 6 liter lq9 with edelbrock heads, comp cam, 42lb injectors, headers, yank 3000 stall, flt level 5 4l65e trans. Tuning done with HPTuners.

Interior stuff, interior was stripped and 2 layers of raam mat sound deadening put everywhere. Inside all panels were painted with eDead v3. Sound system has an Alpine ida-x305 with 80gig ipod, two kicker amps, Phoenix Gold RSd65cs components and 4 Elemantal Designs EU700.

Exterior was basic, tahoe grilll, clear corner lamps, 05 silverado tail lights, and 08 silverado z71 wheels.

I think that is most of what was done.

Here is a picture of it loaded up to go snowmobiling.

Cobra intake, Equal length headers, Steeda Superlite Springs, Tokico S/S, 03 Cobra front lower control arms. Waiting to be installed Cobra front brake kit, MM adjustable lower control arms, and MM C/C plates. Also soon I'll be redoing the exhaust, switching over to long tubes(coated)/pro chamber mid pipe and probably Magnaflow cat-back. Favorite mod to date 03 cobra seats. :props:

nice wystang...you need to do a black rear seat delete, that would make that interior perfect!

Also MAC Lt's, mac prochamber x-pipe and a magnapack exhaust is a beautiful combo!

i want to put some racing style seats in mine. i feel like i slide all over the place after i detail the car and start beatin on it. i really do like the 03/04 seats as well.

what kind of power do you think that motrs pumpin out?
 
Someone should do a "no piston" plug. :dblthumb2:

No major mods: MazdaSpeed cold air intake, race pipe replacing the cat, cat back exhaust from Racing Beat, Tein Basic coilovers ... 1.3 liters of twisty road eatin', 9k redline screamin' rotary fun. I'm pretty prejudice, but there's not much under 50K that handles like this car.

Debating on what to do on the back seats. When I take the car down to Ga. the dog takes the back seat. So I like having the cushion for her to lay down on. I may just buy the upholstery spray paint to match the rest of the interior. No one sits back there but my dog so it doesn't matter to me how the paint makes the fabric feel. If I get a killer deal on some rear 03 seats I may do that but I'm pretty sure the dogs nails will ruin them.

For a DD with long trips mixed in, cobras won over after market seats (under $1000 mark). One complaint I continued to read was thin fabric and fading being the number 1 issue with Corbeau and the like. I couldn't afford something like Cobra Misano seats or the like. 03/04 fit the bill perfect for me.
