Well, this was my first time ever using cquartz. this car received a 3 step correction. total time was 21 hours. cquartz was a pain in the but at first until I spoke to a few forum members which helped me out alot. the instructions on cquartz says 5-10 minutes dry time for 81F . that didnt quite work out. I ended up trying 15/20/25/30min I found that the 30 min dry time was what I was looking for. after I got that down everything else went smooth. I really liked the way d301 finished down on this car. I will let you guys decide which one looks better 301 or cquartz. I will keep my personal opinion to myself until i get a few responses :)

here, if you look closely I taped off a square section which was compounded out. you can see if you look closely "the halogen bulb on the left is showing the side that was compounded and the one to the right is where there are imperfections. those with a eye for detailing will see it"

I'm delighted it turned out well for you. It was nice chatting last night. Wait till the owner goes to wash it; it will blow his mind!

Knockout job! I'm glad the forum was able to help w/ the cquartz issue - the car looks phenomenal!

thanks. The customer couldnt believe it! he called me today to tell me he got alot of compliments on it at a car show and a few people have called me to get there cars done. Im trying to get a job with a guy that has a lambo, zr1, and a porsche gt3. the customer also couldnt believe the beading effect on the car. it rained and the water was sheeting off lol.

Nice work man, really looks sharp in the after pictures.

Hopefully this car got your name and skills out there some more.
