More greetings, this time from Pennsylvania

Hello, all,

Been lurking in this great place for quite a while, and decided to register because I'm getting ready to do a proper detail on the new '12 Hyundai Accent I bought late last year. I didn't have time before winter set in to do anything with it; now that spring is almost here, it's time to get a detailing strategy together. And there's no better group to go to for reliable advice than you folks.

I'll post more detail and questions later today in Auto Detailing 101, but just wanted to check in here to announce my better-late-than-never arrival on the board!

haha O man, you are my nemesis then. I live 20 mins outside Philly, huge Phillies, Flyers and Eagles fan. So I guess I have no choice but to hate you lol.

Either way at least we have detailing in common! :xyxthumbs:

I'll happily concede the Phillies, and maybe even the Eagles (blasphemy in these parts), but not yet on my beloved Pens. :)

You might want to check back after 15 more concussions/neck injuries/heartbreak of dandruff, though... which ought to be by the middle of next week, at the rate things are going at Consol Energy Center!

hahahahahahaha. You better be careful saying that football stuff out loud! lol. Although I totally understand the baseball side haha. I have a buddy who grew up it Pittsburgh and said the minor league baseball gets more fans than the Pirates lol. As for hockey, looks like we'll have to agree to disagree lol.

Gentlemen's aggreement accepted on the Pens/Flyers! :xyxthumbs:

As for the Pirates, you have to remember that the minor league team down in Washington PA understands the game better than the big boys at PNC Park. How else to explain the new "ace" 36-year-old pitcher taking batting practice for the first time in years, and immediately bunting the ball into his own face, thereby fracturing his cheekbone? And so it goes for the 19th consecutive year, lol...

And I rarely talk in public about the Steelers -- just too dangerous! Although that may soon change...

Neither can we... but on the plus side, the team president did get arrested for drunk driving this off-season (yes, that almost qualifies as a plus here)!
