I did that on some photos on my old website but it simply didn't look good and I don't think your clients care too much about what you have to deal with behind the scenes, they want to see nice photos. Now I have a simple watermark/text at the bottom but nothing too visible.

I agree that if a person is going to have an honest business then they should create their own work, that is create their own website and show pictures of their own work and take the time to "type" or "write" their own words.
Over the years I've seen my articles on all types of topics and techniques lifted by others and then posted as their own work with never any mention of where they obtained the original information.
On the other hand... imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...
Sharing the Ferrari I buffed out promotes some high quality products and that video Bruno and I made actually goes over tons of tips and techniques. :laughing:

So Mike, what you are saying is you tricked us in believing that you work in "Sunny Stuart Florida" and are actually an employee for windowashing.com? I know english is my second language but I had a hard time with reconciling his website name and high end detailing (at least high enough for that gorgeous Ferrari)..... Maybe he just cleaned the windows :dunno:

Everything has a way of sorting itself out... I'm not bugged at all that he's using pictures from my detail or a video by Bruno Massel and myself, heck it's free promotion and it helps people, that's win/win. Now if he included a link to my thread or to AGO or AG that would be even better.

I'm too lazy to do that with all my older pics.
Its actually super easy to do. Im just not looking forward to re uploading them on the site and re arranging them again

I remember Chop N Drop saying something along the lines, of he hates when people steal his work not necessarily his pictures but his ideas for custom fabrication work. (Something along those lines I am not speaking for him)

They both have beautiful work, they are about an hour drive and both have said I could go visit the shop. So have been wanting to. And have Been wanting to know about there Detailing procedures too lol

The way I see it is that he is certainly trying to make a better life for himself. He's just so close to being honest.
